Do I have to put a credit card on file upon booking?
Yes, Kristian Lee Hair requires a credit card on file when booking any of our services. We will not charge your card until the service is completed or a no show charge is applied.
Is there a cancellation fee?
We understand that things come up and life happens. All appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Failing to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked.
Can I bring my own products and hair colour?
Kristian Lee Hair does not allow outside products in our salon.
We take great pride in the quality of our products and are constantly updating our shelves to better serve you. Feel free to reach out to our stylists if you have any questions about our products.
